AMI staffs and manages the UN Level 2 hospital in Mogadishu. The hospital is located on the UN Compound at Mogadishu International Airport and provides a range of services to the UN staff and contractors in Somalia. The ER provides comprehensive emergency services to include full ATLS and ACLS care. The Operating Theater provides a range of general and trauma surgical care. The ICU is capable of managing critical/ventilated patients prior to transfer. Inpatient care is provided on separate male and female wards. Emergency dental care, a full complement of diagnostic services, and a blood bank are also available.

AMI has a modular approach to vaccination clinic set up consisting of community-based, drive-thru and mobile clinics.
AMI has the capability to provide a range of surgical services in mobile facilities or using existing infrastructure. Surgical specialty services are available but the focus is Damage Control Surgery (DCS) and Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR).
