Since its launch in 2022, the Long-Term Care Resiliency Infrastructure Supports & Empowerment (LTC RISE) initiative has carried forward Pennsylvania’s commitment to strengthening long-term care (LTC) facilities beyond the immediate crisis of COVID-19. Building on the foundations of RRHCP (Regional Response Health Collaboration Program) and RCAT (Regional Congregate Care Assistance Teams), LTC RISE has focused on resilience, workforce development, and resident-centered care in ways that no other program in the country has.
