Veteran’s Health Administration
Large, multibillion-dollar, multivendor, staffing contract over 5 years, demonstrating the scalability of our nationwide workforce staffing resources, sophistication of our task-order based work, efficiency of talent identification and deployment, and thorough vetting processes, which reduce risk to our clients. This contract in particular also has focus on the support of Veteran’s needs.
Indian Health Service
Large, multi-million dollar staffing contract over 5 years in Great Plains Area. AMI demonstrates its scalability and staffing success and the ability to find culturally competent staff in remote and hard-to-fill locations in order to fulfill our client’s needs. This contract in particular also has focus on a more vulnerable and underserved American Indian population.
Pima County, AZ and/or Massachusetts Projects (2)
Clinical and non-clinical personnel onboarded for these projects. Includes categories such as case managers, operational experts, logistics, procurment, administrative support, and data analysts. These are primarily non-clinical settings and scopes-of-work, collaborating with clients to support migrants, homeless families, women and children along the southern U.S. border and interior locations. AMI personnel maintain professionalism and diplomacy amidst highly visible and politicized environments.
Hospital and Clinic Management
Comprehensive staffing of our four international clinics overseas. This includes sourcing both clinical and administrative staff to manage and operate successful hybrid commercial hospital/clinics in Liberia, Sierre Leone, Libya and South Sudan. AMI familiar with labor laws in each country, talent recruitment and sourcing in hard-to-fill locations.
Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)
Contract with LAUSD (second largest school district in the U.S.) to provide all testing and vaccination services during COVID-19 pandemic. Very large contract with massive recruitment/talent sourcing challenges and employee movement (onboarding, turnover, risk reduction). Demonstrates rapid response capability and scalability of AMI. In addition, it demonstrates both programmatic and clinical management under the critical environment of the pandemic.
