Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: Long-Term Care
AMI has been a grant recipient from the Commonwealth of PA since 2022 for a Long-Term Care project. This ongoing project spans across multiple years, involves over half of the geographic areas of Pennsylvania, and involves over 1,500 sites. The primary services include emergency preparedness, resiliency training, assurance of workforce, and outbreak prevention and response. AMI collaborates with the Commonwealth and other approved vendors. AMI is the only non-academic entity (others include UPenn, Temple, and LECOM) and has been a sought-after vendor for best practices.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts: Sheltering, Case Management, Preventive Screening
AMI continues to provide intake services, medical/preventive screenings, sheltering and sustainment, and case management services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (as a Qualified Vendor) for homeless families, women and children, veterans, and new arrivals. This longstanding project has grown from 4 personnel to over 120 personnel across the last two years, involves 4 different geographic locations and encompassed multiple extensions, expansions, and 4 long-term contracts. Two of those long-term contracts were signed for 8 years, through June 2032)
Pima County, Arizona: Migrant Care and Movement Services, Data Collection
For over one year, AMI has partnered closely with Pima County and the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (AZDEMA) to provide multiple public health and related services to the State. This included migrant intake and care, screenings, sheltering, transportation, provision of other support services and data collection. The data collection includes the ability to assess and monitor this specific population and provide analysis to the state.
Outbreak Response / Vaccine and Testing Programs
AMI was a global leader in the efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. AMI assured a clinical workforce for multiple entities and federal and state levels. It provided hundreds of vaccination and testing sites across the nation and in multiple countries abroad. AMI had multiple large (and simultaneous) efforts for HHS, CDC, Navajo Nation, and the Los Angeles Unified School District (to name just a few), along with Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, California, Texas, and Wisconsin. To date, AMI has administered over 3,000,000 COVID-19 vaccines and 8,000,000 COVID tests. AMI leveraged proven systems of programmatic management, talent sourcing, supply chain, clinical governance, and information management.
USG – Department Of Health and Human Services (DHHS): Case Management
AMI provided 10-person Case Management Teams under a DHHS contract to individuals in quarantine and alternative care site locations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
