Dr. Joyce Dolo, DBA, SPHR | Vice President, of Human Resources

Dr. Joyce Johnson Dolo became AMI Expeditionary Healthcare’s Vice President of Human Resources in 2022. With over 15 years of experience in developing and standardizing policies and programs for lean and effective HR practices, Dr. Dolo is highly regarded as a Scholar-Practitioner, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP). Her expertise in HR standup and organizational development has proven to be invaluable in HR strategy development, alignment and implementation, capacity building, competency framework development, and effective communication strategy dissemination.

Dr. Dolo is highly recognized for her leadership skills in change initiatives and for cultivating positive work cultures that promote communication, collaboration, diversity, and efficiency. Her dedication to strengthening employee/employer relations, maintaining high job satisfaction and retention, and designing organizational knowledge management mitigation strategies is unmatched.

Dr. Dolo has worked in the United States (US) and internationally in the public and private sectors, including the financial, healthcare, tax and customs administrations, and international development arenas. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), Adelphi, MD, and a Master of Science (MS) in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Additionally, she obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Management from AME Zion University College, Monrovia, Liberia, and holds a leadership certificate from Harvard Extension School in Cambridge, MA.

Dr. Dolo’s passion for learning is evident in her love for reading, researching, and traveling the world.

 

Vaccinations

The AMI Vaccination program is adaptable, flexible, scalable and can be quickly implemented across large geographic areas. Given our service to states, sovereign governments, the private sector and international organizations AMI is arguably the globe’s leading private sector provider of comprehensive vaccine efforts. AMI has a modular approach to vaccination clinic set up consisting of community-based, drive-thru and mobile clinics.

Surgical Services

AMI has the capability to provide a range of surgical services in mobile facilities or using existing infrastructure. Surgical specialty services are available but the focus is Damage Control Surgery (DCS) and Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR).

  • Forward Surgical Teams: independent fixed facility or mobile emergency surgical units to save life, limb, and eyesight

Refugee Health Services

AMI is dedicated to addressing the full-spectrum of healthcare needs for displaced people by augmenting the existing healthcare workforce or independently providing:
