Healthcare Staffing

AMI provides adaptable, flexible and scalable solutions that are truly turnkey and fully customizable. From a drive thru testing site to a full alternate care facility (ACF) solution including clinical, wrap-around, and facility services, we are the leading staff developers and providers on the frontline.

We are quick. We can establish a 200-bed temporary hospital facility for low-acuity COVID-19 patients, including clinical staffing, patient services, and facility support in less than a week as we proved in Atlanta.

Partnering with states and localities to meet Phase I, II, and III requirements to reopen and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are resourceful and comprehensive. We bring in any requested combination of experienced, fully licensed and certified doctors, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, social case workers, non-clinical support staff and other clinicians from outside the area, to ensure no negative impact on local clinical resources. We deploy skilled building maintenance professionals, with relevant certifications in biological and hazardous waste, air conditioning, plumbing, and vector control.
