Freetown’s leading private medical clinic, AMI Sierra Leone (AMISL) celebrated its six-year anniversary on Friday, October 15, 2021. The celebration began in the clinic where patients were greeted with gift bags containing AMI branded t-shirts, baseball caps, lanyards, hand sanitizers, and pens and were offered complimentary food and drink. The first six patients through the door were offered a free medical consultation and a 6% discount was offered to all immigration visa applicants.
The festivities continued into the evening with a formal dinner at the Brookfields Hotel. In attendance were all AMISL employees, external consultants and specialists. Dr. Ryan Azcueta, AMI’s Deputy Global Medical Director and Dr. Soccoh Kabia, AMISL Medical Director along with staff representatives gave testimonies about their time working with AMI. Loyalty awards were then given out to Isatu Bah, Foray Sankoh, Juliana Kanu, Alie Bangura and Mariatu Kanu (in absentia) for their dedicated employment since the inception of the clinic.
“It’s been six years of excellent service and it all boils down to the staff. No organization is successful without the employees… your commitment and loyalty do not go unnoticed. AMISL is committed to continuing to be the best medical facility in Sierra Leone,” shared Kadie-Yatta Kallon, AMISL Country Manager. The night concluded with the cutting of the anniversary cake and dancing.
