AMI Expeditionary Healthcare Mobile Vaccination Clinics (MVC) are spreading across Pennsylvania farm country to bring COVID-19 vaccines to farm workers and food processing employees. AMI’s Linda Nolan, RN is the team lead of a 5-person mobile vaccination clinic (MVC) and is thrilled to be out in the countryside protecting communities from COVID-19. “It is a pleasure to get out into these farming communities and bring the COVID-19 vaccine to hard-working employees and managers. Many of these workers would simply not get vaccinated without the outreach efforts. I have been on the frontlines of this pandemic caring for patients from Georgia to California. It is so rewarding to now be a part of this extraordinary outreach effort to distribute and administer the vaccine to remote farms in Pennsylvania. I walk away every day smiling that I am doing something good.”
