PA Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) Director Randy Padfield said most clinics have the capacity to vaccinate 500 -1000 people daily. Eric Hagarty, Deputy Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, visited the Bucks IU vaccine site.
