Grant is an experienced executive who has 30 years compiling technical and complicated clinical and aviation solutions to assist health-based services delivery in some the most challenging and austere environments around the world. With a comprehensive background in military electronics and aviation, Grant has held several executive positions with International Defence and Aerospace organisations, such as Honeywell, GEC Marconi, E-Systems, Northrop Grumman, Boeing and Raytheon. His most recent of 17 years since the inception of Aspen Medical in 2004 where he developed and led a number of major projects into national and international Aerospace and Defence, Commonwealth Department of Health, Australian based State Health Departments, Oil and Gas and other industry sectors.

AMI has a modular approach to vaccination clinic set up consisting of community-based, drive-thru and mobile clinics.
AMI has the capability to provide a range of surgical services in mobile facilities or using existing infrastructure. Surgical specialty services are available but the focus is Damage Control Surgery (DCS) and Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR).
