2020 was marked with challenges at every turn with COVID-19 disrupting virtually all the world’s norms, in and out of the workplace. In late February, the United States and much of the world began an aggressive ‘expeditionary’ medical solutions campaign in response to the rapidly growing pandemic. AMI Expeditionary Healthcare was the first on the frontlines. To meet the great challenge ahead, AMI needed to overcome some seemingly impossible obstacles, specifically the rapid expansion of recruiting, onboarding, and Human Resources management. Arianna Furr, who at the time was one of three recruiters, immediately rose to the challenge amidst the extreme adversity.

Thriving in controlled chaos, Arianna was instrumental in setting the stage for AMI’s success in the delivery of care across a global theater. She has played a significant role in AMI’s growth of nearly 900% in the past ten months. Managing up, she acutely advised senior managers in and out of the HR team. Laterally, she led colleagues through the growth and coordination of the Program Management Office, guiding her team with absolute distinction. “Arianna’s confident and calm demeanor under pressure serves as a continual rallying point for her team.
